TAXABLE BENEFITS
As part of our total management philosophy, we provide our clients with the option to outsource the management of taxable benefit calculations for all of their Jim Pattison Lease vehicles across Canada. This program not only retrieves the information from the drivers on a regular cycle, it also facilitates calculations in accordance with CRA regulations, all in time for T4 generation at year end.

• Drivers can input their personal and business kilometers either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually through our easy-to-use Online Reporting system
• Reports based on driver input and lease billings
• Year-end reports are generated for the use of client HR departments in conjunction with the preparation of individual driver T4 reports
• Individual driver reports are also prepared showing CRA regulated calculations based on their information
